Frank's customer service is #1. Extremely helpful and patient with getting me the right spring rates. In general 'you get what you pay for' but in Frank's case you get much MORE than you pay for! Well, I got the struts on and let me say this, breath taking.
That’s the only word I could use to describe it.
The hatch now pops up as soon as I hit the button with no problem at all.
The hood does the same I just unlatch and it goes right up. I am very satisfied and thank you very much for the great quality product.
I will definitely recommend you to all the people who need new struts for their hatchbacks or hoods. ( I know a lot of them)
I am sending the old struts out tomorrow and a money order for the total cost.
